Act on your promptings
Last night at 8pm, I got an email from my friend asking me if I’d like to be a guest on her radio show. She had an opening for TODAY at 11am. I thought to myself…there is no way I can possible be ready! I started thinking, my website is not ready, I don’t have the right materials in hand, I have some new programs that I haven’t quite finished tweaking, etc etc… But then I remembered my promise to myself. No excuses for 2012.
Because in all honesty…my website will never be perfect…I’ll never have my office perfectly organized…etc etc. But what I do have is a passion to share what I do and love.
A door has opened for me today, and I’m excited and ready to walk through it. It’s new, something I’ve never done before and sure I have butterflies in my stomach…but when you are talking about a business that you love…the rest is easy.
So I said YES I’d be happy to. I’ll talk from my heart and share Send Out Cards with the community. Gotta run…the show starts in just a few hours.
